Most tax services will take your documents with perhaps a basic questionnaire and do your taxes with just that. It’s good for their tax practice but not for their clients. This way clients will most likely miss out on tax savings.
I offer a follow-up dialogue to collect additional information for your benefit that is concise, convenient and far more complete than I’ve seen anywhere else.

The standard process:
- You send documents.
- You are informed your return is filed or your refund/payable and you see your tax return and you approve it.
My “Diligent” process:
- You send in your information and documents.
- I can send you the first version of your return. Then, I will ask follow up questions to maximize your benefits.
- I send you the second version of your tax return for you to approve.
